Eleven of the hotel's 16 rooms were created in close collaboration with some of the makers' friends and local tastemakers/personalities. The hotel's five lofts are extra spacious (25 - 30 square meters) and boast an impressive exposed-concrete ceiling 4 meters in height, typical for Munich's historical buildings. Curated by barkeeper Charles Schumann, actress Birgit Minichmayer, musician Michi Beck, Techno legend DJ Hell and designer Norbert Wangen, all loft spaces are furnished individually, with exclusive details and decor. All lofts feature a double-bed, a workspace, hardwood parquet flooring, a complimentary tote bag, flat-screen TV, fittings by Vola, Coco-Mat mattresses, UE Sound Boom (Bluetooth Audio), a Dallmayr coffee maker as well as two bottles of welcome water by Aqua Monaco and organic amenities by Walachai. An additional kids rollaway bed (50,-) is available upon request.

The Twin room (15 square meters) was curated by the hotel's good soul and longtime handyman, Konrad Dengler. Boasting an impressive ceiling height of 4,20 meters, the room comes with a rainforest-shower and memorabilia from Konrad's heydays in Munich during the 70s and 80s. Equipped with a single loft bed and a lower loft bed, the Twin room is perfect for two travelling companions who each prefer their own private sleep space.
