Located in the old town of Munich, the Hofbräuhaus am Platzl is one of the city's most popular and world-famous beer halls. Learn more about its interesting history, its local traditions and the famous guests that the brewery has had over the years.
Listen to anecdotes and interesting facts about the Hofbräuhaus business and don't miss the visit to the Hofbräuhaus ballroom (which is otherwise only open in the evening). From the gallery, you can take unique pictures as a personal souvenir.
At the end of the tour, you will receive a coin in a currency that is only available at the Hofbräuhaus: You can redeem it at any time or keep it as a souvenir. We guarantee that it is not subject to currency fluctuations!

Meeting point: Please arrive in front of the Tourist Information at the New Town Hall on Marienplatz approx. 10 minutes before your tour starts.

Note on the Hofbräuhaus coin: Please note that alcohol is only served in the Hofbräuhaus from the age of 18. The coin has the value of a mass of beer, it can also be redeemed for other drinks.
