IMEX in Frankfurt is a must-attend event for the international MICE industry. So Munich Convention Bureau will of course be there from 23-25 May 2023 with along numerous Munich partners. Over 2,500 exhibitors* from some 150 countries will be presenting their offerings at Frankfurt Exhibition Center, while, with an extensive on-site workshop and event program taking place at the same time.
The guiding theme of IMEX this year is "Human Nature" and. The first highlight , SITE NITE Europe, will be staged at the Frankfurt Hilton City Centre on Monday, May 22, the eve of the trade fair. This ’s networking evening will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives.
At IMEX, Munich Convention Bureau can be found at the IMEX IMEX booth G180. What exciting new openings are there in the MICE metropolis of Munich? What else is going on in the Bavarian capital’s event landscape? Which offerings are particularly successful there? The Convention Bureau team will have the answers to these and many other questions and is looking forward to exchanging ideas with familiar and new faces from the MICE industry.

The Sofitel Munich Bayerpost will be presenting its unique combination of high-quality hotel and excellent event facilities. At IMEX, Hendrik Schneider, Assistant Director of Sales, will be focusing on the topic of sustainability: "That starts with the elimination of single-use plastic throughout the hotel – from room cards to packaging and room amenities – and continues with our kitchen team. Every day, they conjure up outstanding dishes using many regional and organic products and, above all, are constantly expanding our vegetarian and vegan menus. That’s just a tiny teaser.
