Munich & MICE: A Perfect Match!

Munich is a city in perpetual motion, warmly welcoming its guests. As a dynamic metropolis, it boasts a unique blend of tradition and modern innovation. With its outstanding MICE infrastructure, world-renowned cultural landmarks, tranquil green spaces, and the quintessential Munich lifestyle, the city is a premier destination for events of all kinds. To solidify and expand the city’s brand recognition as a leading MICE destination both nationally and internationally, the Munich Convention Bureau is partnering with the communications agency Renner & Grosse Collection.

“Promoting regional value creation and implementing eco-friendly measures are crucial to creating the perfect event environment,” states Benedikt Brandmeier, Head of Munich Tourism, Events, and Hospitality. With this in mind, the Munich Convention Bureau will champion a clear brand message: quality, authenticity, and above all, sustainability are the cornerstones of all marketing activities.

The collaboration with Renner & Grosse Collection is a strategic fit for the Munich Convention Bureau. This Munich-based communications agency brings extensive industry expertise and a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and communication for tourist destinations.

An even closer collaboration with local stakeholders in Munich’s MICE industry is planned: In addition to actively promoting Munich’s MICE partners, there will be an increased focus on expanding the network and intensifying the targeted approach to event planners both nationally and internationally.

The Munich Convention Bureau is dedicated to marketing Munich as an unparalleled location for congresses, meetings, and events. Under the motto “Simply Munich, simply different,” we show our guests how our city combines joy of life, authenticity, and sustainability.
